Last night, I was on the phone with a close friend last night and she said something that really stuck out to me. She said that 6 months ago she basically saw me self destructing. I was overwhelmed and overworking myself and it was rubbing off on friends and family. And I knew it too. Can I just say that 6 months later she now sees someone who is free, joyful, more organized, and living her best life. She said 6 months ago she wouldn’t have jumped on board a team with me but 6 months later she decided to because she sees the AMAZING change. The excitement and the light glowing from my eyes (and face thanks to our glow getter Gummy’s!!!) I can’t any thank you enough to kristen for thinking of me! For knowing I was suffering and offering me an all natural alternative to healing my hurt. I am a new person. My faith is stronger than it has been in a year. My love bucket is overflowing. Lentil, Potato & Spinach Curry🌿🍃 By @janetsmunchmeals Recipe: INGREDIENTS: 1 large potato 1 medium onion 1 cup uncooked lentils + 2 cups water for cooking lentils 1 tbsp oil 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tsp chili powder 2.5 tsp cumin 2 tsp curry powder 3/4 cup marinara or tomato sauce 1 tsp kosher salt 1 14 oz. can coconut milk 1 1/2 cups sliced cherry or grape tomatoes 2 cups baby spinach red chili flakes optional INSTRUCTIONS 1. Peel and dice the potato (small bite sized pieces) and finely chop the onion. In a medium saucepan, add the lentils with 2 cups of water. Cover, bring to a boil then turn down the heat to simmer still covered. 2. Cook the lentils are just barely al dente and drain away any remaining liquid. While lentils are cooking, add the chopped onion and oil to a large pan. Cook around 5 minutes until translucent, stirring periodically. 3. Add the diced potatoes and cook another 5 minutes covered, adding a bit of water if the pan is getting to dry. 4. Add all the spices to the pan, stir and cook another minute. Add the cooked lentils to the pan and the remaining ingredients, except the baby spinach. Stir, cook at a gentle simmer for around 10 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender. 5. Add in the spinach and stir for a minute or two until it is wilted. Bonjour, Pour aujourd'hui j'ai eu envie d'un burger vegan avec des frites maison et vous allez voir que je me suis vraiment pas casser la tête pour garder ce côté très simple a reproduire et a modifier selon les goûts de chacun. Ingrédients : - pain burger - champignons - épinards - cornichons - fromage aux herbes végétal (a base de soja) - tomate - pommes de terre (les amandine pour moi) - sauce barbeuc et cocktail - tofu ail des ours (marque taifun) Les étapes sont vraiment très simple: Commencer par découper les patates pour faire les frites, de mon côté comme j'ai que un mini four la cuisson est pas terrible mais j'ai tout de même choisi de les cuir sans ajouter de matière grasse ce qui donne des frites fondantes. Pour le burger, j'ai juste fait doré les pains de chaque côté sans ajout de matière grasse, j'ai tartiner le pain du dessus avec le fromage de chez @_lavieclaire , j'ai couper en 2 un bloc de tofu de la marque @taifuntofu que j'ai recouper mais dans l'épaisseur et j'ai éponger l'huile avec du sopalin puisque je l'ai laisser froid, j'ai couper les légumes que j'ai laisser cru et ajouter la sauce barbeuc dans le burger et la sauce cocktail sur les frites. Hésitez pas a faire tout ça a votre sauce surtout si vous avez de l'imagination.
