Auch gut für alle, die über wenig Platz in ihrem Gefrierfach verfügen.❄️ BY: @sunday_natural AÇ BOWL🍌🧁 🇺🇲 For this creamy and delicious açai bowl you need: * 1-2 tbsp Sunday Organic Acai Powder * 300 g frozen raspberries or other berries * 2 frozen bananas, cut into pieces * 100 g mango, fresh or frozen * 120 ml of plant-based milk . The ingredients are all put in the blender and mixed well until it has a creamy consistency (like ice cream). At best - depending on the mixer - use as little liquid as possible so that the bowl is as creamy as possible . Our açai powder is the perfect (and more sustainable) alternative to frozen açai, which is not that easy to come by. Also good for everyone who doesn't have much space in their freezer compartment BY: @sunday_natural Recipe / 📸 by @schnabula_rasa
Did you know it’s Mental Health Awareness month?!? BE AWARE! Be open and ASK YOUR FRIENDS IF THEY ARE OK!!!!! I have been there and I felt so alone and in such a dark hole for almost a year!!!!! Last night, I was on the phone with a close friend last night and she said something that really stuck out to me. She said that 6 months ago she basically saw me self destructing. I was overwhelmed and overworking myself and it was rubbing off on friends and family. And I knew it too. Can I just say that 6 months later she now sees someone who is free, joyful, more organized, and living her best life. She said 6 months ago she wouldn’t have jumped on board a team with me but 6 months later she decided to because she sees the AMAZING change. The excitement and the light glowing from my eyes (and face thanks to our glow getter Gummy’s!!!) I can’t any thank you enough to kristen for thinking of me! For knowing I was suffering and offering me an all natural alternative to healing my hurt. I am a new person. My faith is stronger than it has been in a year. My love bucket is overflowing. And my marriage and family have never been stronger! Don’t be afraid to try something new and say yes. Life is hard but it doesn’t have to be miserable! I want to tell you that you can do it and you ARE worth it 💗 Don’t be afraid to talk about it. AND don’t be afraid to SAY SOMETHING to a friend you think might be going through something💗 • • • #arieylinfluencer #yourhighestself #lifeincolor #cbdwellness #mentalhealthawareness

🌸😊 #vegan #burgervegan #taifun #cuisinevegetale #fromagevegan #cookingtime #cuisinebio #veganfood #veganrecipes #vegetables #plantbased
