✔𝟭 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝘆𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨: •mineral oil •Cysteamine HCl •niacinamide •shea butter •ascorbyl palmitate •sodium ascorbyl phosphate •tocopherol •beeswax •cinnamal, linalool, geraniol 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: •initial intensive phase involves once per day application for 16 weeks, website states you can use AM or PM as long as it is on "rested skin" (do not wash your face at least 1 hour prior to use); optimal results 8-16 weeks •I apply this in the morning before my morning cleanse; website warns about a warming or mild tingling sensation that could last 30 minutes—I've never experienced any side effects with this, no redness or irritation or tingling; my skin tolerated it well •once you apply this, you leave it on for 15 minutes then wash off with a gentle cleanser •you must apply broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher while using this product & they advise applying moisturizer after & maintaining skin hydration throughout the day; website states it's not photosensitizing and can be applied on any skin phototype •scent: people complain about the scent, I don't mind it. It does smell like hair dye and eggs, sulfur scent, but it doesn't stop me from using it. 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚: maybe yes—I've noticed some spots of hyperpigmentation (especially post-acne dark spots) that have faded with this product. I'd be curious to see how my skin looks at the end of 16 weeks. •Note: I was using other actives such as vitamin C, retinaldehyde, mandelic acid, azelaic acid, BHA in my routines as I was trying this product out (not all in the same routine, of course—not trying to melt my face off here). •Note: Acne & hyperpigmentation journey is not always linear. Notice even though post acne marks may have disappeared over time, new ones also formed elsewhere. Regardless, I love my skin. ———————— ✧Thanks to @dralexisstephens & @cyspera for kindly gifting this to me in their giveaway! I'm so excited to try this out and share my honest experiences with others. #hyperpigmentation #cyspera #skincarenofilter #acnepositivity #acnescars #acnejourney #nofilter #skincareregime #skincarereview #under1kfollowers
