Do you feel the same way? 😋😋😋 大家好啊!我們今天來吃香煎鮭魚佐芝麻葉沙拉,我很喜歡芝麻葉,當你咀嚼時,芝麻葉有著一種獨特的香氣,不曉得你是否也有同感呢?😋😋😋 - 《Arugula Salad 》 ♥️Ingredients:Baby arugula 40-50g, Parmesan cheeses ♥️Ingredients of the dressing: 2 tbsp extra olive oil, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp white vinegar, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 crushed garlic cloves ♥️How to make it? 1. Mixed above ingredients of dressing well. 2. Mixed the dressing with baby arugula well. 3. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and mixed with the salad evenly. Movement is part of our DNA to reclaiming life. Since we are born, we start moving. Kids who are learning to walk are called "toddlers" because that is exactly what they do. They are seeming to hesitate between each step, keeping their legs wide apart and moving one foot forward, then the next one. They toddle their way out, to find things to learn and explore. As soon as they become confident in their physical activity skills, they start to realise that they can move even faster and 'off they go', they start running. When you move, your musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory systems increases body capacity to heal itself. It balances hormonal fluctuation. Your brain releases serotonin that stabilises your feelings of wellbeing and happiness. It transfers positive momentum throughout your day. It may also encourage you to avoid unhealthy habits like eating junk food or smoking. You will start making healthier choices for yourself and your family. Your water intake may increase, and your body will release toxins. You feel in-tune with yourself and much more connected with nature. Your thoughts are becoming more positive and you may also find that your creativity is coming out, and you are able to find solutions to problems quite easily. When you move, you feel better mentally, physically and spiritually. Look after yourself and set an example for your whanau, family. If your family isn't all that active, give yourself about 6-8 weeks. Your family will start to notice the difference in the way you act. They will see how healthy exercises and food choices makes them feel, giving them the energy they need to walk or run. Remember, our real goal is to keep moving, growing and claiming life. Help your family fall in love with physical activity and exercise. There is no one size fits all training programmes, just movement.
