When you enter a contest prep, you put your absolute everything to be the best you can on that stage for 10 - 16 weeks, maybe even longer if you are on a longer prep. But how much of an impact could you have on your life if you put that amount of effort into what you do, day in, day out. Hour by hour? 🤔.
