Take a break, before you break. 🤯 Tonight I'm chatting to someone about the immense mental health impact from the exhausting situation we find ourselves in. Parents are not able to do three jobs at one: ⚡providing educating is a job in itself (it's calling 'teaching' and people train for a long time to do it, and rarely teach their own kids, and never kids of vastly different ages at the same time!) ⚡ providing for your financial security is a job in itself (it's called 'working' and most of us struggle to do that with kids present) ⚡providing for your children's emotional and physical wellbeing is a job in itself (it's called 'parenting'). We can't do all those jobs at the same time and not expect to reach burnout! 🤯 Let's calm the overwhelm BEFORE it leads to burnout! 最近一個月的3個大活動: 🌷12/19、20 彩妝二手拍 🌷1/8 寶特鞋影片上線 🌷1/13 彩妝二手拍+寶特鞋試穿體驗會 都結束了! 終於要人命的大活動都告一段落,不用過著被deadline追趕的日子。 先好好自然醒!於是這幾天我都睡到下午三點(是有多累?)醒來都覺得一天要結束了。 現在開始到過年,有一個月的時間,我要減少工作量,把重心放在好好生活,大概有幾件事要做: 1. 好好休息、躺著、出去玩。 2. 整理自己的心跟人生目標。 3. 發薪水跟年終、辦尾牙。 4. 好好思考並規劃未來。 5. 跟老朋友聚、認識新朋友。 6. 整理房間,斷捨離不需要物品。 7. 學想學的東西,買了線上課程還沒看完。 8. 完成尚未完成的工作,例如寶特鞋團購👟、彩妝新一波募集、做logo...等。 9. 研究保養、打扮、拍美照技巧。 10. 發各種文,記錄感想與心得,或廢文。 11. 好好吃東西、關心自己的身體。 怎麼寫一寫感覺還是很忙,可惡,我太貪心了嗎😂 再跟大家分享我如何充實生活💕 誰之前說要約的,快趁現在揪! 題外話:我很少穿深色&黑色的衣服,照片看了有點不習慣,哈哈 #放假 #vacation #period #takeabreak #休息 #休息一下 #作息混亂 #累 #meaningfullife #meaningful #break #breaktime #休息個 #休息是為了走更長遠的路 #休息日 #休息時間 #meaningfulwork #lovemylife #躺著 #我只想躺著 #我只想耍廢 #生活 #好好生活
TAKE YOUR OWN TIME! Take your time to block out any negativity around you. We've all have been disconnected with ourselves quite a few times during this pandemic I'm sure. And it is alright if so. It just simply means we all need a break from ourselves, just be alone with our thoughts for a small moment and question: 'What am I doing?' 'Does this make me happy?' 'How does this bring value to my life/work?' Often I would be getting triggered for the simplest things, and that is because I care way too much about other things sometimes. We all do. I too have felt distant from my inner self lately. Of course when we concentrate so hard and get so tied up in our own work or business, we often too get burnt-out as well. And that's not a good sign. I've done a few shoots in the comfort of my own home when curfew aroused. Sometimes when I feel it ain't right I just take a break for a few minutes, think it through slowly, and start over fresh with a different perspective. Yes it takes time, but it's our own minds that has the power of changing whatever is around us. If you feel like you are burnt-out, then it's high time you take a break from the work you do (if possible) and reconnect with your family and friends, and also yourself. Because you deserve it more than anyone!
