I think about all the people I have inspired to get started and kept it going. The ones who write me emails saying they have lost 20lbs or joined a gym because of me. I feel a large part of me has a duty/obligation to these people which in turn gives me motivation to stay on track. That makes me feel good and is the reason I’m going to continue doing this for the rest of my life. My advice to anyone else out there looking to reach their goals with health and fitness is you have to before anything have a clear vision in your mind of what you want to achieve and/or look like. You gotta stop bs-ing yourself and get busy making that vision a reality, make the gym your second home and become well skilled in the art of cooking/eating healthy. Never forget to feed your machine. After your workout you have a 20-30 minute window of opportunity to grow, repair and build muscle. So eat food after your workout! Secondly, pass on the table sugar or its equivalents. It can wreck havoc on your physique. Lastly, as you guys have seen me on social media make sure you prepackage your meals and carry them around or find a local meal prep company. Trust me, the costs will be about the the same as to eating out every meal and the results will get you to where you want to be!
