Aloo Cheese Paratha recipe video 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I love a plain old aloo paratha anytime but then there are days a cheese paratha is also needed 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Steps to follow : 1) Boil 2-3 potatoes, mashed or grated. Add finely chopped onions, coriander and chillies. 2) Add 1tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp Amchur powder. 3) Make dough balls (after preparing the dough let it rest for atleast 20 minutes) dust the dough ball with flour and make small baskets. Put about 1 tablespoon of cheese filling and seal the edges. Dust some more flour on the dough ball and flatten it with your fingers. Start rolling it into a paratha. 4) Place the paratha on a tawa on high heat allowing it to cook on one side, then flip it over and let the other side cook. Apply a small amount of ghee on the cooked side and flip it over and allow the paratha to cook. Repeat the same procedure on the other side. 5) Serve with dahi, butter and pickles . . . 🌸🌸 ONLY POSITIVE VIBES HERE 🌸🌸 . . . #pizzawali #paratha #indiansweets #homemadefood #gharkakhana #gulabjamun #mumbaifoodie #mumbaistreetfood #mumbaifoodblogger #desikhana #mumbaifoodlovers #mumbaifoodicious #mumbaieats #foodindia #mumbaifood #indianfoodblogger #indianstreetfood #delhifoodblogger #delhifoodie #delhistreetfood #punefood #foodiesofindia #foodtalkmumbai #northindianfood #streetfoodindia #delhidiaries #mumbaidairies #dillifoodies
Paan Cake Recipe Video ❤️😍🥳😁 Do check it out and let me know your views ❤️❤️❤️ Method : 1) In a bowl, sift 2 cups maida, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Add 2 tsp vinegar to 1 cup milk and keep aside for 5 mins. In another bowl take 4 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup oil & 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Whisk for 2-3 mins. Add 200 gms condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence and whisk for another 2 mins. Add the milk vinegar mixture and dry ingredients in parts and fold it in to a smooth lump free batter with a light hand. Do not over mix. 2) Grease a tin, place butter paper, if you do not have butter paper u can dust some maida. Tap the tin and place it in a preheated kadai. I have preheated the kadai for 10 mins on high flame. Normal gas : 40-45 mins on medium high flame. Induction 60 mins. Microwave 20-30 mins at 180°. 3) Add 2-3 meetha paan to a grinder and coarsely grind it. 4) let the cake cool for 10-15 mins before demoulding. Remove the butter paper and slice it into 2 or 3 parts. Add the sugar syrup and a layer of whipped cream. Add the ground meetha paan over the cream and later it with another sponge layer. Repeat the same process. Coat the whole cake with a thin layer of cream and let it set in the fridge for 30 mins. Layer the whole cake with cream and flatten it with a spatula. Design it with a cake comb and decorate it. I have used pass pass and my bite mouth freshners as garnishing over the cake along with rose petals surrounding the cake. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve 🤩🤩 . . . 🌸🌸 ONLY POSITIVE VIBES HERE 🌸🌸 . . . #pizzawali #cake #vadapav #maggi #homemadefood #gharkakhana #mumbaifoodie #mumbaistreetfood #mumbaifoodblogger #desikhana #mumbaifoodlovers #mumbaifoodicious #mumbaieats #foodindia #mumbaifood #indianfoodblogger #indianstreetfood #delhifoodblogger #delhifoodie #delhistreetfood #punefood #foodiesofindia #foodtalkmumbai #northindianfood #streetfoodindia #delhidiaries #mumbaidiaries #dillifoodies
