Today’s #WCW is @anyafernald ❤️ Anya is not only an entrepreneur, agriculture expert and mama to 2 kids, but she is also one of the most incredible chefs and co-founder + CEO of @belcampomeatco! Anya has been recognized as one of the 40 under 40 by Food & Wine, named a Nifty Fifty by the New York Times, served as a regular judge on Iron Chef America and founded the nonprofit Food Craft Institute, which provides entrepreneurial education for aspiring and current food artisans - and these are just a few of her accomplishments...you go girl 🙌🏽 A couple of months ago, we took a #familyroadtrip and stopped by Belcampo Farms (with all of the safety protocols in place). Anya was the perfect host and taught us so much about why she’s made it her life’s work to improve the quality of the meat and produce that we love to cook with. My kiddos had the best time adventuring on the farm and we got some good quality time cooking one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had 🤤 Please do yourself a favor and make sure to check out her latest cookbook ‘Home Cooked’ - it is filled with the BEST recipes for yummy meals at home.
