✨RISE & GRIND✨ We don’t rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems. ⁣ ⁣ It’s not the goal that make us achieve, it’s the systems in place to reach that goal. What are your systems? If being fit is a goal what are you doing consistently to ensure that you are working on that goal? Here are some systems that help me: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 👕 Lay out your clothes the night before so you don’t get distracted digging through your closet⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 📲 Choose all your workout videos a week in advance so you don’t wonder around for 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 📆 Put your workouts on the calendar and stick to your schedule⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🥦 By precut vegetables so you’ll snack on those and not waste the produce that you’ll never cut up⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🥘 Meal prep for the week so you don’t grab whatever junk is around when you’re starving⁣⁣ ⁣ Systems can look different for different people and your system may change over time. If you’re into bodybuilding you’re probably spending a lot of your time lifting heavier and heavier weights. If you want to do a marathon, a lot of your training will be running. The process can change, the point is there needs to be a process. ⁣ ⁣ Breakdown:⁣ Warm up for 5 to 10 min. ⁣ ⁣ Full Body⁣ ⁣ Gear: Band. Dumbbells ⁣ ⁣ Do rounds of 60 seconds of work and *30 seconds of high knees than a 10 second rest. ⁣ -⁣ *high knees⁣ Pushup plus row + 2 squats⁣ C sit Russian twist + punches⁣ Lunge twist⁣ Plank pull back⁣ @bethercize
